Premises Environmental Coverage (PEC) protects insureds from claims for bodily injury and property damage, and from remediation expenses associated with the release of contaminants into the environment. PHLY will consider any class of business for this coverage including: agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, habitational, chemical, Brownfields development, municipal and other risks.

Supplemental Applications

Documents Required for Proposal

  • Completed, signed, and dated PEC application
  • Any site surveys that have been performed at the insured location(s)
  • Currently valued insurance company loss runs for the current policy period plus four prior years for all Environmental, Property, Auto, and GL coverage
  • Two years of audited Financials and Interim Financials
